Bucharest International Medical Center is expanding its team and is looking for a experienced embryologist, dedicated to IVF laboratory work and involved in supporting patients undergoing assisted human reproduction treatments.
The role of the embryologist is essential in the process of in vitro fertilization, directly contributing to the conduct of laboratory procedures, monitoring biological stages and ensuring a controlled, safe and professional environment for the best possible results. We are looking for a person who is attentive to detail, responsible, professionally trained and eager to be part of a modern medical team, focused on quality, accuracy and patient care.
The embryologist will work within the IVF laboratory of the clinic, contributing to the specific activities of clinical embryology and andrology. The position involves involvement in laboratory procedures, adherence to medical protocols, careful monitoring of biological samples and constant collaboration with the medical team involved in fertility treatments.
We want a specialist who understands the importance of every step in the IVF process and who can work with rigour, discretion and professionalism in an area where attention to detail is essential.
For this role, the ideal candidate must have specialized studies in areas such as biology, biochemistry, medical chemistry or medicine, with a specialization in embryology, according to the studies requested by Ministry of Healthand National Transplant Agency.
Experience in clinical embryology is also required, as well as holding a diploma of junior embryologist or senior embryologist. The candidate must have a minimum 2 years of experience in embryology and andrology laboratory, as well as a good understanding of the procedures specific to an IVF laboratory.
Seriousness, organizational capacity, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team are important. Previous experience in a modern medical environment or in a clinic specializing in assisted human reproduction is an advantage.
