“INFANT” program — Constanta

About the program Local program run by Constanta City Hall for financial support of in vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures. Young people interested in the INFANT programme can apply for financial support to carry out the IVF procedure. In 2025, 50 vouchers will be issued, each with a nominal value of 20,000 lei, according to the program regulations.

Bucharest International Medical Center — partner in the program Bucharest International Medical Center is an affiliated medical facility within the “INFANT” Program, offering comprehensive assisted reproduction services. IVF procedures are performed to high medical standards and our team provides support throughout the treatment. For information on the necessary documents, the filing of the file or the steps of the procedure, we are at your disposal.

Eligibility criteria

• At least one of the partners has a stable domicile in Constanta Municipality.
• Married or unmarried couple/single woman.
• Diagnosis of infertility established by a specialist doctor.
• Medical indication for IVF procedure.
• Age of the woman: from 24 to 45 years (according to the regulations).
• They have not benefited or exceed the maximum number of funded procedures.

How to sign up

• Fill in the type application and prepare the complete file.
